Apparently they're under the impression that to stay a part of OiNK you had to donate, and now they're trying to track down the "hundreds of thousands of pounds" that were probably made, which sounds pretty absurd to me. I mean, unless they found the guy living on a mansion on an island, most of the money he made off donations probably went towards buying servers and upkeep.

i dont think they can actually arrest the torrent downloaders
unlike limewire, kazaa, etc. you cant really track torrents, they can shut down the sites, but they can't arrest every person who downloads a torrent. Hell, my 2nd hour teacher was downloading "the orange box"(Video Game) while teaching us today! |
