In Rainbows Vs. Icky Thump (albums, white stripes, Radiohead, title)

I meant to make this thread awhile ago but anyway. The albums aren't really comparable but when both came out they were all very well received by the MB community and rode our last.fm charts for several weeks so i'm curious to see which one everyone likes better.

I vote radiohead.

White Stripes album has been played twice, whereas the Radiohead has been blasted to buggery. So any guesses?!

Spot on, I recognised the quality of White Stripes=average.
Undecided for the title of best Radiohead album ever.

In Rainbows is easily the better album, Icky Thump, while still good, just didn't have much replay value with me.

I prefer the White Stripes overall, just becuase I've listened to them more over the years.

But I think Radiohead are more diverse and I should listen more. Although I've only listened once, I go for In Rainbows. The band are highly overrated though.

I have yet to hear "In Rainbows" so I didn't vote but its tough to make these calls. This year goes to Radiohead but in 2003:

Radiohead - Hail to the Theif
The White Stripes - Elephant

I'm sure more would have selected Detriot that year but its no reflections on the band.

Perhaps a poll on who is better live.
