They sound like a thrashier Brocas Helm with a drunk japanese man on vocals. So of course it's the greatest thing since stacked pringles.

Broadcast - Tender Buttons

One of my favourite bands of the past 10 years or so, I woke up today and read that Trish Keenan, the band's vocalist, had passed away early this morning. Tragic news, listened to Tender Buttons just there and I'm going to listen to the rest of their albums today... she's one of the finest vocalists I've heard.

from Warp records...

Warp / Records / Broadcast / A statement

Nektar - ...Sounds Like This (1973)

An awesome prog gem. These guys are quiet epic.

I'd love to see your signature/links too, but the huge and obnoxious ones have caused me to block all signatures.

I don't know much about folk but I've been playing these two lads non-stop the last couple of days.

I see A Darkness is a much darker (surprise, surprise) album that contains one of my favourite songs, the title track:

The Wild Hunt is just a nice simple folk album that I enjoy very much.

S - I'm Not As Good at It As You

Jenn Ghetto's (Carissa's Wierd) newest solo album. I just love this album so much. I've listened to it like 5 times a day for a week now. I love sad albums like this.
