How bad is the music industry? (singer, blues, quote)

well i was talking about when u first sign on....the contracts they make u sign are designed to try and suck as much out of you as they can

you do get to read contracts before you sign them, and have them inspected by a lawyer.

I don't think music should be seen as an industry. It should be seen as an art that is outside the realm of commercialism.

2. Porn - make a few bucks from taking a "shot" in the eye and fooling around with animals.
3. Music Industry - Make 1 good song,become famous, then every one then buys that one song for 99 cents or just steals ur whole album

I think the music industry is better and less messy
