Eh, not all rap is bad. Just most of the modern mainstream rap.

Bitches, hoes, rims, money, grills, cigars, guns. It gets a little repetitive after about...one listen.

That's what everyone says. This modern rap is no different to late 80s early 90s rap like Dr. Dre, Ice Cube, Ice T etc etc really.

Also Husker Du really isn't an emo band in the sence that they helped inspire the genre but for the most part they really aren't.

Well I don't mind stuff like Run DMC and some NWA. Public Enemy too. They don't sound much like 50 Cent or Lloyd Banks to me.

That being said, "I'm So Fly" is probably the worst song ever written, by anyone.
