I'm a bit surprised by this thread. I thought Kid A (which would be my favorite) was considered Radiohead's best album amount their fans, Guess I was wrong.

Kid A is my favourite one too! I think it's a perfect album, as a unity, all those songs together click perfectly.
But I think people who used to listen to them before Kid A and Amnesiac, found those two a bit hard to listen to at the beginning, so I think that's why Ok Computer is still the most beloved one (at least that's what happens among my friends).
In Rainbows is an amazing album as well, and I'm dying to hear the new one, the songs that have been released last year and played by Thom with Atoms for peace (like "these are my twisted words") are great, so I can't imagine how good the new album is going to be!

That could be it. And as for Kid A, I think it was great for pretty much the same reason though I would also add that the album showcases their talents pretty well and that the band is willing to try new things. Kid A also helped me become more open to other artists like Autechre and Aphex Twin.

I've heard most of the tracks on In Rainbows and they're pretty good. My favorites are House of Cards and Reckoner. I haven't got it yet but will get it soon.

the last thing I've read was Jonny saying on DAS that the album is not finished yet and they don't really know when it's going to be released
(btw all this came up because an italian writer said in an article that the album was almost ready and they were already thinking about touring, which apparently is not true hahaha)
