Damn. I really love Tom Waits and MBV, kinda hard to pick between those two. I guess Waits because he's more diverse as a musician, while MBV as great as they were really only had one sound, and they only had 2 great albums while Waits has had several.

Sebadoh I've only heard a few songs from. With the exception of Pavement and Dinosaur Jr I don't really like this lo-fi stuff, it just sounds like something with no real effort put into it.

As for Modest Mouse and Death Cab, well you already know what I think of them.
