Default Brain Sync (Read this if you like to meditate or sleep.)

I was not sure as to exactly where to place this in the forums so i hope this will do.

There is no better way to meditate or even fall asleep than this. I somewhat recently started meditating and trying to get better sleep. These Brain Sync recording really do the trick for me.
They are mainly calming synths and light touches of piano. I will try to find the torrent for them, that is if the website doesn't allow you to download them.

edit: It has helped my meditation A LOT, and made falling asleep much quicker. (rather than having to just stay up late or smoke) So give it a try.

I personally find Belariac Chill good to sleep to.

Has anyone ever tried those audio files that re-create certain drugs/stimulants?
