Out of the five songs I listened to on that album (and I will listen to the rest later when I'm on my computer), I would vote yes. I found the songs very appealing, and I think this band could grow on me.

Fear of a Blank Planet
Lightbulb Sun
On The Sunday Of Life...
Signify
Stupid Dream
Up the Downstair(the only album that was "bad")

in absentia is so good that i would vote yes strictly on that and the sky moves sideways

Nil Recurring EP is by far their most solid release. Steven Wilson is certainly an imaginative artist and will be respected in years to come for reviving structured progressive music. (He's a perfectionist, btw).

We have to get a majority for a band to get into the hall of fame and that doesn't look like it's happening anyhow. If it does sway then the vote wont' count.
