Hello, I'm new... need a little bit of help!

Hi there, I'm new here but I was hoping you could help me out!

I'm studying for a music & media degree at Chester in the UK, and as I'm a 3rd year, it's time for me to be writing my dissertation! Part of my research is to perform a survery, and so I was hoping that some of you would be kind enough to spare 10 minutes of your time to fill out my questionnaire.

I can't say too much about the questionairre, other than it focusses on independent record lables, but sufficed to it is totally anonymous, so no name or email address is asked for.
