I was shocked when I read this article. I couldn't believe what I was reading. I don't support the sharing of illegal music, but this is ridiculous. |

Who's getting protected here? Not the artists - the greedy 'man in the middle'!
I'm all for music sharing, I have no wish for an artist to lose out on their profits from sales, but shop bought CDs are way overpriced. Good job my taste is so old I can get all mine from a market for a fiver, lmao!! |

Actually today most bands create their own record labels if they have the money to, so only the bands that are signed with major corporation record companies are getting ripped off. But yeah it's really ***, but then again people downloading their music free from Peer to Peer networks is a worse offense than anything. The time and effort most artist put into their CDs is worth the money charged for a song, $0.99 cents for a single song. Think about if you went to work for 6 months and then your work just said, "Oh were not going to pay you, you were a peer to peer network employee"... I'm sure you would be pissed and upset
So people that are complaining about paying a small buck to get songs, SHUTUP please thank you
