Default Robbery by Napster

Hi guys,
I just found out that Napster has robbed me. Seriously! Three months ago I got their free trial account and then, by mistake, upgraded it to the one for $14,95/month. I have noticed that immediately and tried to downgrade it but with no success. I wrote to their customer support and got an automatic response that they'll take care of this case. Never heard from them since. Yesterday though, I've noticed on my bank statement that I'm still being charged by Napster! I just called them today and they said that nothing can be done, even though I never used Napster and never downloaded a thing from them.
So, be careful when you use this freaking Napster! They made the navigation on their site extremely messy so that it'd be almost impossible to unsubscribe. I'd NEVER recommend Napster to anyone, unless they're my enemies.

But you just admitted it was your mistake.

And you left it for them to sort out?

Hell I wouldn`t stop phoning & complaining until it was sorted out. Go to your bank & stop them being able to take money out. THEN you`ll find it gets sorted in a hurry.
