Do You Like or Dislike Women in Bands/as Singers

Sure, why not. If a woman's capable of singing and her voice suits the music better than anyone else, there's no reason why I wouldn't like her. Women are largely underr-respresented and badly publicised in many facets of the industry anyway, so more female vocalists is a nice start. I'd dig up some k.d lang, Joan As Police Woman and Tracey Thorn youtube links now, but I'm sure anyone interested is more than capable of searching for them if they want.

I normally dont feel it... but it really depends on the type of sound the band has.

There are some I love.

We need more all-girl bands out there being pushed into the Top 40. Anyone who thinks that women shouldn't do rock music is a sexist pig.

Why all girl bands? Why can't there be males and females in bands together? I feel like all girl bands that get into the top 40 get there by their looks and not their musicianship. Most of my favorite bands have at least one female member in their ranks, so maybe you all should dig a little deeper to find them instead of listening to what pools to the top (aka what's in the top 40).
