Favorites of all time: Minor Threat, Circle Jerks, Reagan Youth, DOA & Bad Brains
Others worth mentioning: Black Flag, Tragedy, Reversal of Man, Cro-F*gs (i mean, Cro-Mags), Civil Disobedience, Vitamin X, RAMBO, From Ashes Rise, etc.

First of all, none of those bands are hardcore. And second, most new hardcore is g*y as hell.
