Default Urban Hatemonger presents "The Lou Reed Metal Machine Music Interactive Game"

OK here`s the deal,

A while back I downloaded the whole of Lou Reed`s Metal Machine Music (I was curious & there`s no way in hell I was paying for it).

If you know nothing of the album take time out to find out a little about it here...

http://inmyroom.omnihosts.net/metalmachinemusic.html

Anyway , this weekend I will attempt to listen to the whole thing.

All you have to do is guess how long I can tolerate the 64 minute length of the album before going insane & turning it off.

Person who guesses to the nearest minute wins a prize ........ maybe

Haha good luck with that, I've been listening to Wolf Eyes and some other drone lately and that's tough on the mind sometimes as well as the ears as it is.

Anyway... random guess, 16 minutes.

Here's a thought; let's stop labeling music and fighting over what genre a certain band is, and start listening to whatever pleases our ears no matter what anyone thinks of it! ;)

"I was serious about it. I was also really, really stoned."

This quote from Mr. Reed sums up the album for me.
