Popular Music that's creative commons?

Anyone know any recognizable modern songs that are creative commons license, or have some kind of open license usage agreement?

I was trying to find any open license chip-tunes from recognizable games especially but had little luck. I'm looking for any type of song though.

I don't think there are any. Popular songs tend to be licensed for people to buy them. If you're just looking for free music, try epitonic.com. I don't think those songs are creative commons, though.
