Half the people on that list can't even really sing.

Peripheral baby!
Morrison's a poet more than a singer in my book..
Cornell's made some bad decisions...
So I'm going with Jane's Addiction!
All about the dog song baby...ruff, ruff, naaamean?

tough choice for me between ozzy, axl, perry and strummer. I vote Joe Strummer cuz you can understand what he wass saying unlike ozzy and he didnt over do his vocals like axl and perry tend to do.

^I think I would also go with Joe Strummer because even if he didn't have a technically great singing voice he did always sounded like he meant every word that he said, something a lot of todays singers could learn from.
