Where do you learn to do screaming vocals in screamo music?

I am just wondering if there are any formal lessons where I can learn to scream without hurting my vocal chords. My favourite bands are Between the Buried and Me, Linkin Park, and Limp Bizkit.

IDK im not a singer but the singer in the band I used to be in just uhhh did it he would smoke n drink two before a gig LOL

But I guess the right way is to warm your vocal cord up by singing appelaco the LALALALALALALA thing drinking Hot tea and Honey I guess

Unless you wanna develop polyps or worse, don't smoke and drink before singing and especially not before screaming. I don't actually know how to scream properly, I'm sure there's youtube videos about it, but I know for a fact the smoking + drinking before screaming = bad news. Like, coughing up blood and almost suffocating on said blood bad news.
