Default Catharsis
Do you guys use music as catharsis? If so, what does it for you?
I have a playlist of songs that I only listen to when I'm bummed out. This is a portion. I'm looking for more to add to it.

I've posted this before in a similar thread I think but



Just the whole thing but especially the screech from 1:52 to 2:00 is exactly what it feels like inside of my head when I'm sick and not stuffing myself with downers to drown it out
