Good good, it's a great album. They take a different approach from Race Music, not as grimy, but I think Furtive Movements is their best release yet as a duo, which is saying quite a lot.

Tycho - Awake

Honorable Mentions...

Warpaint - Warpaint
Royal Blood - Royal Blood

ODESZA - In Return
Flight Facilities - Down to Earth
Glass Animals - Zaba

^Happy to see Pale Communion made your honorable mentions list. I've listened to it a few times but I still don't quite know how I feel overall. I mean, it's a great album.

Heritage and Watershed were just complete surprises as far as what I expected out of the band but Pale Communion just didn't reach that same plateau. Like you said, still a great album but just not up there with the greats.

Exactly. I guess the word i'd use is underwhelming. I'd even pick Damnation over Pale Communion any day.

Well, considering Damnation is their best album, I'd have to agree with you.

This makes me very happy. Damnation was the first I'd heard from them, and still one of my personal favorites.
