Doesn't matter, music videos are timeless and he knows that he can't deny the genius displayed in that music video.

Tell me you don't give a **** about this masterpiece.

I've heard the song about a million times but I honestly can't remember if I've seen the video.

They do still serve a marketing purpose, as most new popular videos slip in product placement like Beats audio headphones or Beats audio speakers, or alcohol brands, or vaping brands, or clothing from certain shops, etc. Those are all VEVO though and ran by google, though not all VEVO videos do that.

Aside from those, surely you must have some love and respect for masterpiece movies like Pink Floyed The Wall, Prince Purple Rain, Grease, Xanadu, Monty Python's Meaning Of Life, The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Hedwig And The Angy Inch, Cirque Du Soleil Worlds Away, Willy Wonka And The Chocolate Factory, Oliver, etc.... so music videos are like short films.

And what about comedy? Comedy NEEDS video to make it funnier.

But what about emotion? Messages so deep in the music combined with video that makes you feel. Can anyone watch these next videos without crying or feeling something?

There's no harm in it though, no reason why you can't do both.

It does actually but I believe the OP was talking about a time when they were shown all throughout the day.

The MTV side channels like the one for colleges still do and MTV Hits or whatever it is called.

I actually think artists should do multiple official videos for each song they make music videos for. It's not a popular or common thing to see, but a few artists do sometimes do this with one or a few of their songs.

David Guetta - Who's That Chick? (Day Version)

David Guetta - Who's That Chick? (Night Version)

Tori Amos - Cornflake Girl (US Version)

Tori Amos - Cornflake Girl (UK Version)

It would be cool though for it to be with most music videos.

I just tried MTV.com and there is no way to stream the videos to play on their own back to back, from what I could see.

I didn't even know about that really. I just go to youtube if I want to see videos like most people do.

MTVU and MTV2 still play music videos along with MTV Classic and MTV Live.

So it just depends on the cable package that you have at your house.
