Help to find a Song / just remember music video

Greetings to all, I hope you can help me find the song.

This song is between 1999 - 2004, it's similar to Every Morning of Sugar Ray, I remember fragments of the music video, it was a radio announcer (on a radio station) and then he started to sing, so the people who listened the song imagined the singer in different ways, As pop singer, rocker, hippie.

That's all I remember, I hope you can help me, thank you!
