Any One Hear Of This Bad? (lyrics, lead singer, rock, concert)

Hey i was looking around at the music store and i stumnbled apon the band Coheed and Cambria... i took them home and then i listened to there cd.. its pretty good...... what would u calssify them as..

yea coheed is very good me and thrice listen to them alot and thrice went to their concert and said it was awesome

cool the only thing that i dont really like about them is the lead singer is really annoying like his voice is to high but yeah they are pretty good and what would u classify them as..

Claudio Sanchez does have a high pitched voice but i think it adds to the music they are classified as like just plain old rock and roll some call them emo but if you read their lyrics they new stuff really isn't

Yeah they are one of my fav bands. I love them. I saw them live and they were so good. Full of energy.

Coheed and Cambria is absolutely the best (fairly) new band around now. They can in NO way be considered emo, they are concept band working on a 4 album story. Their first record, The Second Stage Turbine Blade is actually the second part of the story, and their second record, In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth: 3 is actually part 3. The basic story goes along the lines of Coheed is married to Cambria, and Coheed goes crazy and kills himself and Cambria. Their son, Claudio, has to save the world... it's presumably a creation-type myth, but from what has been revealed so far, it seems to be more of an armaggedon-type story.

i personally do not like them. the lead singer sounds like he just got his balls chopped off and thats the reason i dont like them, too much energy.
