i try to just think of a quote that sums up a feeling and spread from there
im working on one right now i started with "those whom the gods would destroy, they first make proud"
"the child stands there vainly" was in response to the ww2 death camps. i have poetry written by kids in there at the time. that prompted that one

im not sure, first it was RTJM, then it was jodie, then blindfolded, but probably now either the end of break/end of Houses and Billboards, or As your ghost takes flight.

wow, those are really really good, specially the first one that u posted, i love it. i wanna try writing songs, never really sat down and made a real attempt, maybe if i do and it's something worth posting i'll put it up.
