For me it does. The guitar parts are pretty clear leaving the vocals to be abrasive. Clean vocals and it's a completely different texture. I don't consider them a screamo band so take away the shouts and it kind of has the feel of mid-90s band. Also I think that Emo is meant to be live music and while on record it doesn't really make for too much difference. I think screams can immensely add to a show. plus it's just fun EUROPA EUROPA EUROPA

I kind of hate that this is the band you choose you to give a listen to in this in this forum because there are others much better and some things are only understood with understanding what comes before.

Some of these kids went on to be a band called Jupiter Lander and honestly this music is regressive but not in the just another screamo band sense. Their 7" could've been put out 10 years ago and I'm not sure anyone would've known the difference. It's nice music and that's all I can seem to be arsed with.
