Yossarian is Drowning (indie, instrumental, irish, myspace, quote)

The UK scene 9/10 times just really doesn't do it for me but this band is bad ass. They released their 7" on Forever Escaping Boredom, one of my favorite labels. It's cool because their accents bleed through so thick on spoken word part. The instrumental is beyond solid. Infectious rhthym guitar with catchy lead lines that are dulled down and I just have a soft spot for their bass.

Your right...it's not my thing, but interesting all the same.

The accents...it says the band are UK, but I swear one of the guys speaking is Irish.

I use to live in Harford County along with most of my extended. Plus I've just always liked it.

I live in Baltimore! We should all go to a maryland show =). L'Antietam is playing at some weird place this summer, I am going to try my hardest to go to that.

There were no demons, no hellfire or brimstone, just a deep, complete feeling of darkness and hopelessness. This was the never-ending void.
