i like emo.


i dont like watered down pop-rock with ****ty lyrics and eye shadow, black hair, and girl pants.

ok, can somebody name some "real" emo bands, but some famous ones, that most probably i've heard of, but didn't know they're emo...?

You don't have to listen to "real emo", I just don't appreciate it when people that listen to dashboard confessional and MCR say they love emo even though they probably don't have a clue what they are listening to. Like I really don't care what people listen to but at least actually know what you're talking about. BTW, I recently bought A New Found Glory's Catalyst CD, and its pretty good for pop; however, I acknowledge that they are only pop and by liking their music I do not love the whole punk genre of music.
