Do you like Emo? (songs, emo, guitar)

I think real emo is alright, but I don't like green day rip-offs that seem to go under being emo, like charlie from busted's new band.

although, its mainly like, simple plan that are ripoffs.

No it doesnt. It just means that that's the genre they want to play. No two bands are alike anyway, even if its a tribute band. Everyone interprets it differently.

I like most emo because I find that lyrically, emo is interesting. I like the fact that the songs are very mediphorical and in some ways open to inturpritation...most of the time you can relate.
