Do you hate the term-emoviolence?

i do, but i ended up getting asked to play guitar in some emo-violence band.

should i give it a shot? i mean, they do sound like some obscure ****ty 90s emo band aside from the whole Palatka thing they got going on.

I would stay far away from that band.

Also, I would appreciate this music more if the band would get good at their instruments before deciding to play this kind of music. You can be angry, dramatic and sloppy all you want but learn the rules before you break them please.

they need at least one sober dude to work **** out, and since i'm used to playing fast **** on guitar with RotFC, i might be able to make **** work. it probably has something to do with the fact that these dudes are playing instruments they don't know how to play period. like, their drummer played guitar in TAOBAI, their two guitarists were both vocalists in other bands, so yeah.

i noticed! Capulette, Caitlyn Bailey, the Kate Dollenmayer Collective, Ana Pascal, Iola Morton, haha. and come to think of it, these are usually me and my friends.

nah, Capulette is basically a *** Romeo, Caitlyn Bailey is a dead girl, i have no idea who the hell Kate Dollenmayer is, and Ana Pascal is from Stranger Than Fiction. we are all internet/movie nerds basically, so yeah, it stems from the fact we lack exposure to women.

Tell them Emo Violence started as a joke term and that you should refer to yourselves as Post-Skramocore.

Nevermind I thought it was generic ignorant emo bashing. These guys really do suck. Francis if they don't know crap it could be a total lost cause. Their drummer is pretty awful.

nah, I just hear out of tune guitars.. the drummer is all off time, I can appreciate any type of music as long as the people playing know what they are doing. It's as if they are covering themselves very badly.
