^ after you do it for a while your body gets used to it. I can scream for a couple of hours. enough for a very solid practice/set. But then again I do it all the time.

just start a kinda diary, when something pisses you off or makes you sad, or happy even just write it down, and eventually youll have said enough stuff to make a song out of. lyrics cant be from someone else, theyve gotta come from you and your band unless theyre meaningless to your audience as well as to you
