the WORST emo poseur band
In this thread you can say which band you hate the most that some think are emo.
For me it would have to be Hawthorne Heights. I usually don't make judgments about bands before I listen to them, so I listened to "Ohio is for Lovers". It is by far one of the worst P.o.S songs I have ever heard. The guy talks about slitting wrists, but he probably doesn't even know what it is. Its just really bad an unoriginal. I hate them more than simple plan, GC, and MCR. So... which band do YOU dislike?

Fall Out Boy. I dont understand why people class them as emo.. Theyre just annoying. They're in that 'annoying' genre... Yes, thats a genre
 BUT if I was going to pick the worst 'emo poseur band' (which I thought this was gonna be) Id pick My Chemical Romance. I actually have nothing against them, I enjoy listening to them, but they're really not emo.

id go with MCR also, i dont have anything against theitr music, well, i do a bit but thats another topic, they just try too hard with the emo image.

The Get Kids Kids have constantly stated that they simply aren't emo, and they've made some great pop rock songs on Four Minute Mile.
but if you want to listen to a guy that thinks he's a vampire be my guest...
