When every thread turns into a verbal, intellectual, pissing contest with a dash of "this is my opinion!" something is wrong. I don't like My Chemical Romance, I don't like Bright Eyes, and I would like to beat the crap out of Dashboard or any other similar band. I've seen people talking about how they like them but just because it's my opinion that they suck doesn't mean I have to say it, every time, someone posts, everyday, over and over. It just gets really old.

I agree with you xcollapseofmyheartx, if you don't have anything good to say about a band or music don't say it.

One last tidbit, I'm amazed that people post here that don't even like emo. You even admit it. Then I have to ask, why are you here?

i think people that judge one certain type of emo, or more so judge the people who listen to it, are very narrowminded because alright fair enough they dont like that type of it but theyre ruling out the fact that not everyone who likes one specific type of emo ONLY likes that one...most people who like emo like loads of different varieties of it, its probably one of the most liked but misunderstood genres of music around
