^^And riseagainst, I completely agree with that... But that doesnt stop the fact that some of it is good music. I dont really care for why they do it, its the music that counts.

Yes, the trend is there in most other genres, but absent is the ambiguity about what bands into the respective genres. You don't see pages of posts in the hip hop forum containing arguments about who's hip hop and who's not.
