Wolf Parade -excelleeeent. A friend sent me a song and I then I went and found some more, but my favorite song is It's a Curse.

From the top of the mountain
To the rock and sand
Drive a dead farther west
Til' they ran out of land
We walked five whole minutes
To the dark edge of town
Took a long look at nothing
And turned back around

Wolf Parade are pretty good. Remind me of the Arcade Fire a little, not the least of which is because they're both indie bands from Montreal. But yeah they're cool. Shine a Light is my favourite song of theirs.

Years begin and end with summer. what happens up until june gets derailed with the "summer time jam" which usually makes me want to snap a windpipe, but I agree, aracde fire is bad enough, I don't want to hear the followers.

Arcade Fire aren't "bad," and if Wolf Parade's first show wasn't opening for AF nobody would even be making that comparison. Besides the fact that the similarities are slight at best, Wolf Parade are 10 times better.

actually, i was making the comparison based on the guys style of singing, and the music ain't that far off either.....and, sorry, but they're really not better than arcade fire....for that to be true, i would have to love every track on the album, which i don't....
