Going to see Beck in San Francisco Outside Lands Festival this year. Same night as Radiohead. So psyched.

So, turns out Chemtrails wasn't really indicative of some radically new direction he would take on this album.

Beck is Awesome. I caught his Odelay concert and it was one of the greatest shows I've ever seen!
There was a great moment when it was just him singing and playing guitar and he got hit in the head with a shoe from the crowd. He didn't miss and beat and then worked into the lyrics what an a-hole the guy was who threw the shoe - that's smooth!
