I think I'm going to write something on Washington indie or maybe expand it to just Northwest (Oregon and Washington) indie because it seems to make up the majority of the stuff I listen to and in listening to it so much I've noticed a common thread in several bands that I've talked about a few times but not much.

I still believe that they're based in Ireland.
They're non-stop playing over here and knocking about.
5/6 out of all their members have been Irish also.

"Snow Patrol are from Belfast but based in Glasgow" and the nationalities of members of the band or how much they're played doesn't really effect much.
