NEWSFLASH: Wife informs husband she has just bought 2 Raconteurs tickets off the internet for £80 at the L*******l Academy for next months sell out gig.
She confessed to having shelled out the amount (3 times over the face value!!!) after failing to buy the tickets at the time of sale.

Apparently I'm paying..."it'll be an early birthday present" she said.
I don't know whether to laugh or cry.

I'm not a fan of the Stripes (I've been bitched at enough- give it a rest) but I really like the Raconteurs. I've never denied that Jack's a talented guy. Great band.

Last night was the night I went to see The Raconteurs with the wife in L*******l.
The Academy there was tiny and my wife insisted we stand near the front. Close enough for flecks of Jack White sweat to flick onto my head.
Great night.
