Fevers is more creative, but i'd agree Lifted is a better place for someone to start who hasn't heard any of his albums.

Not really, Fevers and Mirrors covers more (and better) ground stylistically and has no filler. Lifted on the otherhand has quite a few take or leave tracks and is a fairly streamlined album.

i didn't say i didn't agree that it covers more ground creative-wise than Lifted, i'm just saying I think it'd be better to start off with somthing like Lifted so you can appericate Fevers more

Letting off the Happiness has turned into my favorite after Ethan insisted I give it another listen. It is indeed lo-fi goodness.

Yeah its my favorite too and the lyrics are like woh. I'm not saying Conor became a bad lyricist but on that album in particular he was on top of his game which is odd considering how young he was and it was only his 2nd album.

How old was Conor when he made Letting Off Happiness?

I can barely write an intelligent post, let alone an album......god I feel like a tool =[. Wasn't he a child prodigy though?

1. Cape Cañaveral
2. Sausalito
3. Get-Well-Cards
4. Lenders in the Temple
5. Danny Callahan
6. I Don't Want to Die (in the Hospital)
7. Eagle on a Pole
8. Moab
9. NYC - Gone, Gone
10. Valle Místico (Ruben's Song)

I wonder if M. Ward's producing it.
