Probably at the same time that, er, IndieShotYou wrote his OP, I downloaded this track from the Besnard Lakes Are The Dark Horse album:-

They have a difficult-to-place style, so I'm pleased to've at last found what music category they appear under, but I still haven't decided how much I like them. Does anyone else, apart from adidasss the croatian, listen to these guys?

And I have to say if I hadn't seen that I'd posted here, I wouldn't have remembered that I listened to them at some point. I'm just now relistening to the songs I mentioned above and I still think they're cool but yeah, probably don't really stick in your memory. They remind me a bit of Sigur ros. I guess they continued to have a career even after ...Dark horse but I just didn't pay attention. :/
