yes, krug plays keyboard/piano for them, although i dont think he is on all of their stuff. how did you guys like Tears of The Valedictorian? It was my intro to the band and I thought it was really good. Mercer's vocals are amazing imo. i would say this is a "grower" but its pretty rewarding i think. Bushels is very very good(although i would say it took me 3 or so listens to absorb it enough to like it. before that i was just intrigued enough to give it another try.)

Saw Frog Eyes live backing Cat Power...worst performance ever. Gives "indie" a bad name.

All my hometown bands are being mentioned. Frog Eyes, Wolf Parade. Run Chico Run. Throw in Hot Hot Heat and you have them all.
