hey, I myself do enjoy the format. Though his voice can get a tad whiny. The lyrics are inspiring and the guitar riffs are amazing.

I heard the song First Single years and years ago, and I really liked it, but I never got into much of their other stuff. Maybe I should...

They're too happy for me to get into, catchy nonetheless.

Has anyone got a hold of the b-sides album they released?

I love the Format! I like their newest album the most. Unfortunately, I borrowed the CD from someone, put it on my MP3 player, and somehow deleted it... :/

"She Doesn't Get it" is pretty catchy but it gets really irritating after listening to it nonstop (I have a friend who is obsessed with The Format). I've never listened to their EPs... I hear they are pretty good but I haven't gotten around to them just yet...

i saw them live and they are much harder live (this is a good thing). I personally love listening to them every so often, definitely one of those lonely drive type bands. proof that at least some good indie comes from somewhere other than this side of the country or from across the pond.

I mean, with spikey hair and lyrics like "don't wanna be youuuuuu", that is so against the system.
I'm gonna go spraypaint their name along with other bands like Sum 41 and Hedley that are punx on a downtown wall because that's how anti-establishment I am.
