Let's just say if I hadn't heard anything like this before I would be alot more surprised! Having acquired the album since last post, I can see why they have blown up, they are lovely lovely lovely. It's so bloody subjective. I do enjoy the album, but it's just too relentlessly fluffy to get massively excited about. You're right though, they do muck around with the formula abit and I think the key to this is the production. Again, it's just very warm and reassuring. Could have been written for the iPod generation. ![]() |

Saw them perform on SNL this weekend. Thought they were extremely uninteresting, Yet that always seems to be the case lately with whatever the new hyped band happens to be.
