Hahah I space out(of normal life) when 'Carnival of rust' starts playing.
Give me something as intense and I'll be satiated for the next month at least

I'm new to this forum, so don't know what is popular here.

Maybe you've already heard about... "Paramore"

Looking for obscure noisey math rock stuff. Something that sounds like Metz and Scratch Acid. Suggestions?

This was the first Tindersticks track that I fell in love with; especially because of what they do about half-way through.
"I'm ok during, you kind of fill up my mind." I'm too embarrassed to say what I think he's talking about.

Anyway, as loveissuicide points out in his thread, they never seemed to get the attention they deserved.

A quite crazy post rock/ noise rock band from Belgium,
with more complex/ different moments and quite heady guitars.

Hey guys, I'm somewhat new to Indie music.

Recently I heard "I know how to speak" by Manchester Orchestra and it's my new favorite song. I can't seem to find more Indie this good. Please recommend a song or two that would get me into more Indie. It doesn't have to be similar to this song. I know there's more good stuff out there somewhere...

There is all kinds of stuff out there. Check around in the indie subforum or the what are you listening to? thread. There's a lot to see round these neck of the woods. What else do you like? I don't really listen to MO but I liked that song.
