...I love Frank Black and all, but his solo tour doesn't mean a whole lot to me. Plus, he tours frequently so this is no big deal.

Pixies are awesome. Just saw this thread. There was about a period of a year, where my dad would just play Dootlittle/Bossanova and a Breeders album in the car.

Black Francis' solo stuff is good, especially his demo's, but i think Surfer Rosa and Doolittle will never be bettered, i would be stoked to see him live though.

Part of me wishes they wouldn't make a new album, don't want them to fuck up their run of albums really. I wasn't a big fan of Bam Thwock.
