Sophomore slump

I don’t know about you guys, but in these last few years I’ve been a little disappointed by many promising new bands. In other words, after releasing a stellar debut, their future efforts failed to live up to the same initial standards.
I’m thinking of bands like Artic Monkeys, Bloc Party, Best Coast, Sleigh Bells and The Thrills
