I think she's Canadian but she moved to Cali because Cali's basically better than everywhere else. Anyways, she writes fun indie pop/twee songs with just a bit of garagey punk edginess to keep things from getting boring. Did I mention she's a total babe?

Fans of Shonen Knife, Vivian Girls, The Go-Go's, SF queercore icons like Shannon and the Clams or Hunx and His Punx should enjoy.

I liked this a lot when you played it in plug, definitely checking out more. Same for Shannon and the Clams, I've heard of them but never really listened to them before. I was definitely missing out.

Ohhhhhhhhhh you absolutely must check out Shannon and the Clams. Honestly, I think they're waaaaaaaaay better than Hunx and His Punx. Shannon used to play with them and then supposedly rumorrumorumorblablabla there was drama so she split. Their guitarist is a really cool guy with terrific sideburns.
