oohhhh!!!i'm sooo pisssseeedd!!!! it's happened again!! some time ago i downloaded coldplay's x&y and listened to it for some months, i bought the album through amazon but i gave it to my sister ( since we live in different places most of the year i just sent it to her adress ) and i haven't listened to it 'till right now!!! and now i grabbed it because i wanted to see if some songs are different because i've been burned before with kings of leon ( i got lucky and acctually downloaded better versions of california dreamin and tallihina sky from those on the album that were so brutaly butchered , and franz ferdinand...)...now i heard a lot of people talkin about fix you and i thought it was an ok song......AND NOW I FIND OUT THAT IT WASN'T FIX YOU THAT I'VE BEEN LISTENING TO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i have no idea what this song i've been listening to is, it's definetly coldplay but it's not on the album.......what....the......fuck!!!!!

btw, the REAL fix you is a far better song then this one, it's absolutely beautiful......

The name of the song is "For You" and it's a "Shiver" b-side track...

haven't seen it yet, if i want to see it i have to download it or view it from nme.com , there's no way in hell they're gonna show it on croatian tv ( any of them )

I had that happen to me ages ago.

I heard a song on the radio & loved it & was sure that they said it was Badly Drawn Boy. So I bought his album & downloaded his 5 EPs & couldn`t find it anywhere.

About 2 years later I bought the new Clinic album & loved it , so I bought their debut album & was shocked to hear that same song on it.

no ,that's a different situation, i acctually downloaded it and it IS a coldplay song , just not fix you....( another coldpay incident was when i downloaded parachutes from the parachutes album and listened to it for a year or so and then when i bought the original album i found out it wasn't that song at all and in fact it was guster-parachute...i hated guster from then on even though it was a good song, now what kind of a sick twisted freak would rename a song so people would download it instead of the right song?!?! )

i just saw the video and i just can't understand how some people don't like coldplay, that song is so beautiful it makes me sad that i'm not in love.....

I had a month where my downloads of Arcade Fire and Comets on Fire were in the same folder and I wasn't sure which band was which... the hazards of downloads my friend!

That said - nothing beats finding that rare b-side or unreleased track that is very good!
