Not too much. Nothing will EVER beat the pain of nipple piercings. And this one took like fifteen minutes. There were certain parts that hurt like hell and others I could hardly feel it. And my boy offered moral support by being there(and he paid for it! merry christmas!).

^Yeah I wanted something visable that meant something and was still kinda modest. I can easily cover that up with long sleeves or an obscenely large bracelet.

If you want them. Do it. As long as you're wearing a bra, nobody will notice them. Guys find them hot. And as for the pain....its gone within a week. Little irritated after that for quite a while but they dont hurt like hell forever. I hesitated like 6 months on getting them done and when I finally did it was because my ex(an amatuer piercer) offered to do them for twenty bucks and I made the decision in a heartbeat. The needle going through is the worst part. ow.
