i was pretty much one of those people with no direction that you mentioned earlier. i graduated high school, but due to a drug problem and a very poor local economy, i joined the army to start over. it's worked out pretty damn well, too. although i would never encourage somebody to join.

That's cool. Well, I mean it's cool that it's worked out for you. Are you a native Hawaiian?

It really is a good option for people in certain circumstances. I don't deny that and I admire anyone willing to take that leap and take full advantage of it and better themselves.

You guys and your spam whore ****. I barely post here anyway...this is my 2nd..."when all else fails" board and I only post from work so if I'm a "spam whore" I say **** IT! I don't give a toot. I don't have the time or incling to make this board important in my life and get in endless debates with people whose entire life revolves around music.

Sorry but mine doesn't. If I am penalized for not always posting in music threads so be it. I enjoy music enough to have taken the time to register and I enjoy the board enough to have navigated through it...that should be enough....

Isnt the Lounge for "off topic" stuff. I mean that's why the posts don't count here right? This thread is is over 400 pages long and it's the member picture gallery...I've looked at enough of it to know that it goes off topic all the time.
