I have been trying to put together a report on the similarities and differences between Bossa Nova and Samba.

I need some help.

Can someone please enlighten me?

I am no expert at all but I presume Samba is for dancing and incorporates a lot of percussion whereas Bossa Nova has a lot of Jazz elements with modern BN tipping over into Chill out lounge with emphasis on Sax's and Trumpets etc
